Mastercam CNC Programmer
Location :Marion, NC
MUST HAVE
The candidate MUST have 3-5 years HANDS ON and WELL VERSED in CNC experience in PRECISION MACHINING from Medical device, dental, orthopedic, Biological, Military related clients/industry experience preferred.
Requirements:
o Our consumer is yearning for a CNC engineer that has sensible command of M & G Codes and Mazak Mazatrol / Fanuc or Fagor expertise.
o Programming from the half drawing, creating the came upon and generating the required documentation at intervals our system, proving the program further as troubleshooting machining problems.
o They can Program EMCO 332 Twin Spindle / Twin Turret shaping machine with Bar Feeder and Siemens management further as Mighty USA ophidian shaping machine with bar feeder and Fanuc management and Mazak fast flip ten and Haas VF-2 Machining Centers.
o A major and if they need Tool space Machining expertise.
o Proficient in Mastercam programming
o Knowledge of Fanuc/Mazak controls
o Minimum three years' 3-axis CNC machining expertise
o Proficient in 3D cutter path programming
o Proficient in G-Code programming
o Must have associate understanding of tooling as a CNC engineer
o Must be willing and ready to work overtime once necessary
This may be a first shift position and is found is a stunning rural community in North Carolina.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
